Since 2003, KLF has held Athletics & Academics Day Camps throughout St. Vincent & the Grenadines. In 2011, we combined our Grenadines camps into one based on Canouan Island - Adonal's birthplace. Almost 200 children from Canouan, Mayreau and Union Island attended.

KLF recruited youths that were:
- aged 5 to 16 years of age
- from low-income households
- interested in basketball
- at-risk, meaning that they may not have the ideal family support and need some extra encouragement & support
- Basketball > dribbling, shooting, rebounding, passing
- Sports psychology
- Literacy
As part of our campaign for literacy throughout the Caribbean, KLF held a book fair at the Camp, allowing each child to select a book to take home with them to read. KLF also donated books to assist the Canouan Government School with their reading program.
