 Join Warner University Assistant Coach Donnie Arey for a mid- to advanced-level performance basketball training for high school to college-style level. Players will learn training drills they can use to help them achieve the fitness and skill levels needed to compete well at current & future basketball opportunities. Regardless of a participant’s level or preferred sport, the clinic will challenge players while they enjoy a great workout.
The 2 Day Clinic will feature:
- Resistance training
- Advanced hand-eye ball handling & footwork drills
- Explosive fitness performance with the basketball
- Various college & high school level training drills that can be done by middle school & high school players
Each player will receive:
- 8 hours of expert instruction
- Camp t-shirt
- Refreshments
- A digital team photo with Adonal Foyle
 About Coach Donnie Arey
Coach Donnie Arey hails from Winter Haven, Florida. A member of the National Association of Basketball Coaches , he has coached at the collegiate level for a total of 12 years for Florida Southern College, Seminole State College, Polk State College and Warner University. Donnie is currently in his fifth year as Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Warner.
Donnie serves as lead coach for a variety of KLF Athletics & Academics Camps in Florida and the Caribbean. In addition, he presides over a variety of prominent basketball clinics and camps for the NBA, WNBA, NCAA, Gatorade, and more. He is League Commissioner at the Michael Jordan Flight School in Santa Barbara, CA. He is also Lead Clinician for the Jr.NBA/Jr.WNBA Summer Basketball Camps promoting “Pledge to be a S.T.A.R.”, (Sportsmanship, Teamwork, a Positive Attitude, and Respect through basketball) in 36 cities and for the NBA/WNBAFit Clinics and NBA/WNBAFit Challenge, NBA Draft Clinics, WNBA Finals Clinics, NBA Gatorade Training Center Clinics, and various NBA Development League Clinics.
 Donnie has conducted basketball clinics at The White House on two occasions including with President Obama at the 2012 White House Easter Egg Roll and with the WNBA’s Seattle Storm during their championship visit in 2011. He helped the NBA launch and pioneer NBA India Hoop School, spending a month in the city of Bangalore as the City Coordinator working with thousands of youth basketball players and over thirty different schools and organizations.
Donnie has an MS in Sports Administration from Florida State University and a BS from Georgia Southern University.
